The NSW Planning Portal was introduced so that from 1 July 2021, all applications must be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal even if using a Private Certifier. It provides a public online platform for digital planning services.

It is important to note that this is a NSW Government website and as Private Certifiers we have been provided with limited access to the system and can only view the Certifier portion of the Portal.
The NSW Planning Portal can be accessed at: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/
Each user needs to create their own NSW Planning Portal Account.
If you are experiencing any difficulties using the NSW Planning Portal or have encountered technical difficulties, please note that we can assist you with some matters that we have seen previously, however ultimately as Certifiers we are limited on the assistance we can provide and it is best to contact EPlanning directly on 1300 305 695.
