See below all of the forms that will be requested during your construction process. Please note that some forms may not be applicable for your application.

Construction Certificate/Complying Development Certificate Application Form

Download this form for all Construction Certificate and Complying Development Certificate applications and select the relevant application in Section 1.

Note: Class 1a is applicable of dwelling, Class 10a is applicable for shed/garages, Class 10b is applicable for pools/retaining walls etc.

This form will need to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

Notice to Council/PCA Application Form

Download this form to appoint Sydney Building Approvals Centre as your Principal Certifier. Please note that application will also need to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

Amended Construction Certificate/Complying Development Certificate Application Form

Download this form when applying for an Amended Construction Certificate and Complying Development Certificate applications and select the relevant application in Section 1. This form will need to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

Occupation Certificate Application Form

Download this form when applying for your Occupation Certificate. This is required for both a Part OC and Whole OC. Select the relevant application in Section A. This form will need to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

Missed Inspection Form

Download this form when a Mandatory Critical Stage Inspection has been missed due to unavoidable circumstances. You will also be required to provide a Statutory Declaration and any relevant Certificates of Compliance. Once all information is obtained you are required to email everything to information@sbac.com.au
