Our private certification company was formed in 1998 with a goal to make the certification process as stress-free as possible in an ever-changing environment. Over the decades we have had to adapt and change our business to accommodate the many changes in NSW Legislation and the introduction of advanced technology with online databases and the creation of the NSW Planning Portal.

With extensive experience gained from years in the construction industry, we have the expertise to deliver projects across residential, commercial and industrial developments. Over the years we have dealt with a vast variety of clients ranging from owners, builders, architects and other professionals.

We strive to make this process as easy and comprehensive as possible for our clients. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships within the industry and with our clients to provide a smooth experience, from beginning to end of the approval process.
